At PEESHEE AI, we stand behind the quality of everything we offer. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products & Courses
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a 7-day refund window under the following conditions:
- The request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- The product has not been fully consumed - for example, a course has not been completed, or a downloadable file has not been downloaded more than once.
- You provide a brief reason for the refund request so we can improve our products.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Purchases where the full content has been accessed or downloaded.
- Requests submitted after the 7-day window has passed.
- Dissatisfaction with results that arise from not following the provided instructions or frameworks.
Physical Products
If you receive a physical product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase and photos of any damage or defect.
- Return shipping costs are covered by PEESHEE AI only for items that are damaged or incorrect.
Change-of-mind returns on physical products are accepted within 14 days provided the item is unopened and in original condition. In this case, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us through our Contact page with the following information:
- Your full name and order number.
- The product or course you purchased.
- The reason for your refund request.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in your account being flagged and access to purchased products being suspended during the dispute period.
