You have two options: n8n Cloud (hosted by n8n, starts at $20/month) or self-hosted (free, runs on your own server or a VPS). We support both. If you're not sure which to use, we'll help you choose during the White Glove Setup session.

White Glove Setup means our team configures the workflow for you — we don't just hand you a file. Using AnyDesk (remote desktop), we connect to your system, set up all API credentials, link your accounts (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM, etc.), run tests, and verify everything works before handing it over. Setup typically takes 2-3 business days.

Most workflows are live within 2-3 business days from purchase. More complex multi-step agents may take up to 5 business days. We'll confirm the timeline when you book your setup session.

Yes. n8n workflows are fully visual and customizable — you can add triggers, change actions, connect different apps, and modify logic without code. We provide 30 days of post-setup support. If something breaks within that period due to a configuration issue, we'll fix it at no charge. After 30 days, API changes from third-party platforms (like WhatsApp or Instagram) may require updates — we offer paid support for these cases. We also publish free update guides when major platforms change their APIs.

Yes. Our WhatsApp automation agents use the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta), not unofficial third-party hacks that risk account bans. You'll need a WhatsApp Business API account — we can help you get one set up during the onboarding session.

Yes. You pay once for the PEESHEE Ai agent and own it permanently. There are no recurring fees from us. The only ongoing cost may be your n8n Cloud plan (if you use it) or the third-party APIs your workflow connects to — but those are standard infrastructure costs, not PEESHEE fees.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. For UAE customers, credit and debit card payments work without issue. For large orders or custom packages, contact us to discuss invoice-based payment.

Because our products are digital (workflow files delivered instantly), we generally do not offer refunds after the file has been downloaded. However, if you experience a technical issue or the workflow doesn't work as described and our support team cannot resolve it, we will issue a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase with details. We stand behind our products.
